Cancellation Policy:  This is a rain or shine event. Cancellation due to inclement weather is at the discretion of the captain, and the Renter will have the option to reschedule the charter (based on availability). Rescheduling or cancelling by the Renter is non refundable.

Inclement Weather - The decision of the Captain as to whether conditions are inclement shall be the sole decision and at the sole discretion of the Captain. Inclement weather includes, but is not limited to, lightning, winds, rain that obscures visibility and high seas. The renter does not have the right or discretion to cancel or reschedule the charter for inclement weather. Chartering is an outdoor activity, and there is always the risk of imperfect weather.

Pricing - Please note that prices and information on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices are a listed as a starting point, and may be revised according the services, demands, dockage, fuel, gratuity, fees, taxes and holidays. Holiday rates are not included.
